Welcome to Casa San Miguel - our private five bedroom villa on a secluded 1 acre lot near the Biltmore. You will experience your own heated private pool & hot tub with stunning Camelback Mountain views. Our home is perfect for family gatherings any time of the year. Cook a family dinner in our fully equipped kitchen, or relax by the pool and watch Camelback mountain change colors as the sun sets. Our backyard is private. (Note pool heat is $35 per day to heat to 84 degrees. Hot tub is free)

Great Phoenix location central to everything! Hiking, biking, walking, swimming, shopping, golfing - or just laying by the pool - you name you can do it all here. At the end of the day, enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub!
Other Details to Note
The pool can be heated to 84 degrees for $35 per day (our actual cost). Our cleaners charge us $350. This is the average fee charged and includes all bed cleaning, trash, floors, baths, kitchen etc, assuming the home is left in good (not immaculate) condition. In the event the cleaning charges surpass $350.00, those additional costs will be charged to the guest(s). Cleaning fees are $50/hour. The fee additional cleaning fees, if any, will be provided through Airbnb. The landscapers come on Thursdays. Pool cleaners are on Fridays. Trash is on Tuesdays
